'24 billion': Govt, Opposition clash over number of new nurses

The Health Minister, Simeon Brown, says the government has delivered 24 billion nurses.

Labour's Chris Hipkins says this is not true, but Labour actually would deliver this many.

“Labour’s focus is on jobs, health, homes, and 24 billion new nurses for New Zealand. This government’s focus is on polishing bald fuck’s head.”

Brown pushed back at Hipkins’ assertion saying, “he polishes his own head thanks.”

Both parties are yet to release how much this would cost minimum wage workers who “need to be taxed more,” say both parties.
